We are excited to announce that Canadian Postmasters and Assistants Association has officially signed our Collective Agreement with Canada Post covering the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026, and includes improvements in wages, benefits, and job security. This new agreement represents over 8,000 postmasters and assistants in over 3,000 rural post offices across Canada and is a significant milestone for both organizations.

The multi-year contract, which was officially signed on September 11, 2025, reflects months of collaborative negotiations and underscores a shared commitment to fair labor practices, mutual respect, and long-term workforce stability.

We are proud of what we’ve achieved together and believe this sets a strong foundation for the future.
